*Document file size depends greatly on the contents of a specific file and if
you have chosen to "compress" the files. Our example above used text only saved
in Microsoft Word format. If you use scanned documents or add photos and
graphics to a file its size will naturally be larger, sometimes much larger.
This would lower the total number of documents that you can store at any given
time. For example; If your files are 500k each then you can have 2 files per
megabyte. If your files are 30k each then you can have about 30 files per
megabyte See our guides under the Help section for tips on creating efficient
(smaller) files without sacrificing readability. In some cases scanned files
can be up to 90% smaller (i.e.: 30k instead of 300k per page), giving you room
for significantly more documents.
